Michelle Little and Rachel Bilodeau are business partners, co-directors and teachers of Studio 3 Dance. Michelle and Rachel have a combined 50 years of teaching experience and specialize in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, African & Hip Hop. They delight in every aspect of the studio but most of all sharing their love for dance with children and pupils of all ages, levels and backgrounds. There is nothing more that Michelle and Rachel would rather do than to be at the studio with students, families and the amazing team of teachers! You will find right away when you walk through the doors the feeling and vibe is welcoming, positive, supportive, friendly and fun!

Rachel Bilodeau
Rachel is the proud mom of 4 great kids, Kelsie, Violet, Abby, and Beckham. She loves all aspects of dance and loves being able to run a family friendly business that her children can be a part of when they choose to.
Rachel's first choreography debuted in 1995 while she was still in high school. Since then she has choreographed numerous award winning dances in many genras such as lyrical, African, hip hop, and she has somewhat coined "creepy jazz". Rachel has received many over all choreography awards throughout the years at numerous dance competitions.
In 2003 Rachel graduated with a bachelors in psychology and a minor in dance she where worked in the field as a behavioral interventionist until 2005 when she took a position as an employee benefits specialist for an Marketplace Insurance Center. Throughout her professional careers as well as college she always remained teaching dance, it always was her passion. In 2009 she decided it was time to start her dream of opening a dance studio, hence the opening of Studio 3 Dance & Fitness in 2010. Rachel knew Michelle Little would be the perfect partner in this business adventure and she is delighted to be able to share her love and passion for dance with people of all ages and all ability levels

Michelle Little
Michelle is proud being a co-founder and inspiration at S3D. When Rachel asked her to join this adventure it was at a time in her life things had changed as she has just lost her mother to cancer. Michelle is delighted she took the challenge and has never looked back!
Michelle is a native Vermonter born and raised in Burlington. She started her dance training as a very young girl at a local neighborhood studio. Her passion was sparked and it's continued all these years.
Michelle has been performing her whole life, was a former competition dancer, and started doing choreographer and classes exclusively in her early 20's. Her routines have garnished many Platinum awards, special judges awards, judges Choice Awards, 1st placements, a number of soloist tap Title Winners and numerous accolades throughout her career. She is proud of all her students every single time! Michelle continually trains attending Master Classes and conventions a number time throughout the year.
Michelle is graduate of Trinity College of Vermont with her BS in Business Management/Finance and minors in Management and Psychology. She is a 2007 graduate of LCRCC Leadership Champlain program. She was employed for many years as Director of Finance at the Lake Champlain Reg. Chamber of Commerce and mostly recently CVOEO. She was beyond delighted to give her resignation November 2015 to pursue the dance studio and give full attention to the growing business. Michelle was a long term standing Board member of Spectrum Youth and Family Services (9 years) and Former Treasurer and formally on their Dance Showcase Committee for Puppets in Education. And most recently September 2022 she joined the Board of Directors Franklin County Animal Rescue and is very excited about this appointment!
When not teaching or managing the studio, Michelle and her husband Tim enjoy traveling the world. They love their sibling fur babies Miss Marley and Lil Ziggy and siblings Charlie and Maggie. The reside in Milton, VT.

Mandy Moxley
Mandy began dancing at the age of eight. She studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern and Pointe at Berkshire Dance Theatre in Bennington, Vermont and North Adams, Massachusetts; and Hubbard Hall Dance Theatre in Cambridge, New York. She was captain of her high school dance team, and became a member of the Ballet, Modern and Hip Hop dance teams at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Mandy moved to Burlington in 2008 to attend the University of Vermont. She began taking classes at Studio 3 in 2013, and a year later accepted the offer to be a dance instructor.
Mandy has choreographed several pieces for both competitive and recreational dancers; specifically Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop genres. Her Hip Hop piece, “Carousel”, won first place and received special judges awards at both local and away competitions, and her Contemporary duet, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World”, won first
Place at Elite Dance Competition in Massachusette. Mandy also enjoys being a judge for high school dance competitions throughout the state of Vermont.

Stephanie Lawrence
Stephanie started dancing at the age of three at Miss Jackie's Studio of Dance in Rutland, Vt. She Studied and specializes in Tap, Ballet, Jazz and Lyrical. Stephanie joined Studio 3 in 2011 and currently instructs competitive solo, duet and group choreography as well as Tap and Ballet technique. In 2015 her senior Tap piece, "Stubborn Love" was recognized for the overall highest score at Diva Dance Competition.

Meghan Petrie
Meghan was born and raised in Vermont and has been dancing since the age of 4. She danced competitively until the age of 18. Meghan started teaching at Studio 3 in 2017. She is also the Enosburg Varsity Dance Coach and is a member of SynRgy Dance, an adult dance program led by Rose Bedard. She participates and teaches in jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Along with teaching and coaching dance, Meghan is a middle school Math teacher and loves being with children every chance she can get!

Chloe Brock
Chloe was born and raised in Vermont. She grew up in South Burlington and started dancing at the age of 5 in Stowe Vermont at the Stowe Dance Academy. She continued her education there through my teen years until she graduated. She was part of the competitive team there called TRIP. After graduating, She attended auditions for different dance opportunities such as dancing on cruise lines or for Disney.
Chloe started teaching shortly thereafter. She has taught many different genres of dance, and many different ages. Her works have won many platinum awards, high scores and titles. Dancing and teaching is her passion and love, she is so excited to be part of Studio 3 !

ROSE BEDARD
Throughout her career Rose has always been known for instilling self esteem and passion through dance.
She has just completed her 4th year at the Flynn Performing Arts Center where she teaches hip hop and jazz as well as being part of the education team for their Student Matinee Series. Rose is the 13th year coach of the Mt. Mansfield Union dance team who just collected their 7th state championship title in hip hop and 3rd state championship title in jazz. Rose has the pleasure to work with many dance studios around the state on recreational and competitive level. Recently, she has become, the creator, director of her own adult dance company “SynRgy Dance Company” and continues to work as well as choreograph for local studios in Vermont under her LLC, “2INSPIRE Dance”
She also has volunteered her expertise for Rice Memorial High School’s Stunt Night, BFA St. Albans' "Mr. Bobwhite and Ms. Comet" senior scholarship contest, Miss Vermont Scholarship Pageant and other local schools and events. This past September, Rose and her celebrity dance partner were crowned winners of “Dancing With The Stars Burlington” a fundraiser for the Vermont Blind and Visually Impaired.

Carolyn Connor
Carolyn started dancing at age five in Bethesda, Maryland where she specialized in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. Her love of dance only grew when she moved up to Burlington VT to attend school at the University of Vermont. There, she expanded her dance expertise to include modern, improv, and contemporary dance. She graduated in 2015 with a minor in Dance and proud accomplishments, such as presenting her choreography to the prestigious ACDA festival and UVM’s Dancing Uphill. Carolyn has been teaching for the past decade at summer camps, the Vermont Dance Academy and now at Studio 3. When she's not teaching, Carolyn dances for a local Modern Dance company; Paula Higa Dance & ERs.

Samantha Witham
Is a female dancer and a fresh choreographer positioned in Vermont. She loves embracing any and all styles of dance and is especially inspired by contemporary and modern movement in the body. Her background in competition dancing influenced her technical style of movement and her hometown studio teachers inspired her to continue to pursue her passion for dance. She loves teaching and hopes to inspire future generations to love dance as much as she does. Her experience includes four plus years of teaching modern, ballet, contemporary, and commercial jazz movement to people of all ages. She graduated Keene State College with a B.A. in Dance and a specialization in choreography and performance, while also minoring in business management. She has choreographed multiple works including a piece called Jellyfish Moonwalk that is inspired by the dancing form and finding connection during a time when there is so much division and has also danced in multiple shows put on through Keene State College including Evening of Dance and Choreography Showcase under inspiring choreographers such as Cynthia McLaughlin, and Borris Willis.

Caitlin Morgan
Caitlin Morgan began formal training at 14-years-old via the Berrien County Dancers: a pre-professional conservatory program in Stevensville, Michigan. There, under direction of Theresa Graziano, she studied with and performed in works by Nan Giordano, Autumn Eckman, Stephanie Martinez, members of Hubbard Street Dance, and other Chicago-based artists. While earning a dual BFA in Dance and BA in English from Ohio University, she trained in Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, African, and Ballet, and performed in works by Joanna Kotze, Kyle Abraham, David Dorfman, Anna and the Annadroids, Ani Javian, Nathan Andary, and Nii-Tete Yartey (National Dance Company of Ghana), amongst others. Post-graduation — up until her move to Burlington in 2021 — Caitlin performed professionally in NYC as both a freelance artist and collaborator at the Mark Morris Dance Center, Teatro LATEA, Threes Brewing, The Actor’s Fund Arts Center, and Open Mice. She is now increasingly involved in the greater Burlington arts and wellness scene as a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (certified through Sangha Studio), and a dancer and choreographer for Slow Shapes Dance Company. Caitlin looks forward to building on her 13+ years as a teaching artist for various styles and ages (3-adult) with the Studio 3 community.

Mary Hondal
Mary has been dancing for 11 years, and currently trains in ballet, jazz, contemporary/ modern and tap. She has self choreographed contemporary solos for competition the past 5 seasons, and won the Duchame Award at the Vermont Youth Maple Festival Talent Show in 2017. Since then she has won many other technique, choreography and overall awards. In 2019 her solo ‘Let Go’ was the overall highest scoring dance at Take Centerstage Dance Challenge, and also took home 1st place at Turn It Up Dance Challenge and Diva Dance Competition, as well as title at Elite Dance Challenge. Most recently she attended Point Park University’s International Summer Dance Intensive. Studio 3 is delighted to have her doing some fantastic pieces for our wonderful competition students!

ROB A. MYERS
Rob is a force to be reckoned in the the dance and performing arena. Currently living in the Salt Lake City, Rob has provided his dance expertise to studios, theatre companies and dance teams in Georgia, Florida, and of coarse, here in Vermont.
Mr. Myers is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, from which he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Cultural Communication. His written works have been published online for the Examiner, Yahoo.com and Move Newz Online,and he currently writes for BroadwayWorld magazine and Salt Lake City Weekly. He has received dance training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, and African. While attending Miami Carol City Sr. High, completer courses in Choreography,Jazz and Dance Improvisation techniques while in college and more recently trained under notable choreographers: Chuck Maldando, Kevin Maher,Marty Kudelka,and NappyTabs.
Rob Has been coaching dance competitively for over 13 years. He's offered his talents and time as choreographer for the semi-pro, Georgia Falcon "Red Hots" Dance team, choreographer and mentor to the Fashionizta Divas, Associate Choreographer for the African American Dance Review, the Dancin' Divas Lovejoy Middle School in Hampton, GA and adviser and Coach for the Legacy Dance Team at the illustrious Spelman College. In the summer months, Rob provides his expertise as Dance Instructor and Stage Manager for the Ferst Center Arts Musical Theatre Camp at Georgia Tech.
Through his work with Stage Ready Productions,Rob has stages dance productions, directed fashion shows & pageants,provided casting for music videos, shows and concert tours, and produced some original works.
Rob's choreographic works have garnered top honors and special recognition throughout the competitive dance arena in various states. Rob served as Men's Dance Captain for the Pregame and Halftime shows for Super Bowl XXXIII, and had the opportunity to perform with such artists as Stevie Wonder,Cher, and KISS.
Rob Believes "Dance is not an option,it's a lifestyle. Live it. Love it. Breath it. Work it. DANCE!"

Elizabeth Brody
Elizabeth received her B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Utah and has taught, choreographed and performed works in ballet and contemporary dance throughout her life. As a young student she attended summer intensives at Boston, Milwaukee, and Cleveland Ballet Schools. Later and to further her training, she attended teacher workshops at the National Ballet School of Canada, Dance for PD (Parkinsons), as well as ABT, PBT, and yoga certification courses. She taught ballet for the Deaf Shall Dance Program in Salt Lake City while in college and has since, taught locally for many studios and at UVM. Elizabeth is also an architectural designer and enjoys yoga and travel. She is especially grateful to be on the faculty at Studio 3 where she is inspired by her colleagues who share their passion for “all things dance” with each other and their students.

ADRIAN "DON" J. OBVIAR
Don was born in the Philippines where he trained in Classical ballet at Teatro Baile de Cavite under Brezhnev Larlar and many other notable dancers and teachers nationally. Don won national awards for this dance and choreography while on full scholarship to De La Salle College of Saint Benilde at Manila. Don was promoted as Romancon company member at the age of 17 in 2007. Don's interests include modern ballet, neo-classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, and Philippine folk dance. He has danced several full- length ballets and musicals, and had earned multiple Best Choreography titles since his youth. Don has taught various master classes throughout New England and enjoys making dance a part of every day.

Erika E. Dubin
Erika has been a dedicated dancer since the age of three and has since been with many studios in Vermont. For her last three years of high school she was on Studio 3’s competition dance team. She has choreographed tap solos for 5 years and has won multiple platinums and has been a title winner at Elite Dance competition. In her last year she also choreographed a group dance for competition. She has studied in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, lyrical, tap, hip hop and African.
She has been a member of Tap Kids, an audition only summer tap dance intensive for four years. Within that time she has been able to work with many world famous tap dancers, including Sarah Reich, Michelle Dorrance, Lisa LaTouche, Aaron Tolson, Derick Grant and many more.
She currently enrolled at Mulenberg college for Dance with a concentration in choreography. She is excited for her future and to see what lies ahead.
